David is a CPA and the Chief Financial Officer for Mastertude Corporation. As CFO, David is responsible for all aspects of the Corporation’s financial strategies, processes, and operations.

David L. Nadel, CPA has 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry and 10 years in tech industries. He earned his Masters Degree in Taxation in 1995 graduating Magna Cum Laude. His ability to think outside the box, along with his expertise and experience in entity structure and planning, help Mastertude break new ground.

 

David is also the President and sole shareholder of Nadel CPA, a full-service accounting firm that he established in 2000. He and his team are responsible for over 2000 Tax Returns, Financial management, Accounting, Estimating, Contracts, Business Management, Expert Witness Testimony, Litigation Support, Management Advisory Services, and Program Finance. The Firm has over 1200 individual clients from New York to New Zealand and enjoys a broad-based clientele.

David is a businessman, philanthropist, author of numerous tax-related seminars and articles, and a keynote speaker. David is a member of the California Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Valley Community Legal Foundation of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
